Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the online store “UNNAMED HEADWEAR” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by UNNAMED Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

By using this Service, users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all acts related to the use of this Service by Users.

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Any revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the Company’s website.

Article 2 (Services Provided)

The Company provides the following services:

  1. Sales of hats, apparel products, and related items

  2. Provision of information regarding products and the brand

  3. Any services incidental or related to the above items

Article 3 (Formation of Sales Contract)

A sales contract under this Service is formed when a User places an order using the method designated by the Company and the Company accepts such order.

The Company reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract in the following cases:

  1. If the product is out of stock or discontinued

  2. If payment authorization cannot be obtained

  3. If fraudulent activity or inappropriate use has been identified, including past conduct

  4. If the Company otherwise deems the order inappropriate

Article 4 (Payment Methods)

Users may use the following payment methods when purchasing products:

  1. Credit card payment

  2. Shop Pay or other online payment services approved by the Company

Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted.

Any fees related to payment processing or communication costs shall be borne by the User.

Article 5 (Prices and Shipping Fees)

Product prices are displayed on this website and include applicable consumption tax.

Shipping fees are determined based on the conditions stated on the “Shipping & Delivery” page.

Product prices and shipping fees may be changed without prior notice at the Company’s discretion.

Article 6 (Shipping)

Products will be shipped using shipping carriers designated by the Company.

Delivery is available only within Japan and to international destinations supported by the Company.

Domestic delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 9 days, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, peak seasons, or other circumstances.

If a product is returned due to prolonged absence, incorrect address, or similar reasons, the cost of reshipment shall be borne by the User.

Users may designate a delivery address other than their own residence.
If the User will not personally receive the product, the User must inform the recipient in advance that a delivery will be made by the Company to prevent refusal or return of the shipment.

If a product is returned to the Company due to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, incorrect address, or other negligence on the part of the User, no refund of the product price, shipping fee, or other incurred costs will be provided. The Company will determine how to handle such returned products at its discretion.

If the User later requests reshipment, all costs related to return shipping, reshipping, customs duties, and handling fees shall be borne by the User.

Article 7 (Transfer of Ownership and Risk)

Ownership and risk of loss for the product shall transfer from the Company to the User at the time the product delivery is completed.

Article 8 (Returns and Exchanges)

For orders shipped within Japan, returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with the conditions stated on the “Refund Policy” page.

For international orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipment.

Users wishing to request a return must contact the Company in advance via email or the contact form. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Detailed conditions regarding returns and exchanges (including eligibility period, return address, and refund methods) are specified on the “Refund Policy” page.

Article 9 (Product Information)

While the Company strives to provide accurate product information, actual products may differ slightly from images or descriptions due to manufacturing processes, photography conditions, or viewing environments.

Returns or exchanges due to such differences will not be accepted.

Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Service:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

  • Acts that cause inconvenience to others, infringe rights, or involve defamation

  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Company

  • Registering false information or unlawfully using third-party information

  • Reproducing, copying, modifying, or redistributing website content without authorization

  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 11 (Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to images, text, logos, designs, and other content displayed on this Service belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from system failures, communication issues, natural disasters, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from suspension, interruption, or modification of the Service.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.

Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company will properly manage and use Users’ personal information in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
