Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are charged per order as follows:

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Flat rate: ¥660 (tax included)
Excludes certain regions (Okinawa).
Okinawa: ¥1,400 (tax included)

Free shipping is available for domestic orders over ¥10,000.

International Shipping

Flat-rate shipping fees (per order):

• United States: USD$20
• Hong Kong: HK$160
• South Korea: KR₩20,000
• Singapore: SG$25
• Taiwan: NT$620
• Australia: AU$25
• Canada: CA$25

Customs Duties and Fees

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

For shipments to the United States, import duties and applicable customs clearance fees are included in the product price.

  • No additional duties or clearance fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • Shipping fees are charged separately at checkout.
  • This means you will not be required to pay any additional import-related fees after checkout.

Other Countries / Regions (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid)

For shipments outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are payable to the local government or customs authorities upon import.
  • These fees are typically collected by the carrier (e.g., DHL, EMS) upon delivery.

Please note:

  • Depending on the country or region, credit cards may not be accepted and payment may be required in cash.
  • We do not accept cancellations or refusals due to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

If import duties or taxes are refused and the shipment is returned, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier:

  • The order will not be eligible for a full refund
  • Any refund issued will be deducted by:
    • Original shipping costs
    • Return shipping fees
    • Any additional charges (including disposal fees charged by the carrier)

A Note on International Shipping

We understand that international shipping costs may feel high.

Our mission is to serve people around the world who struggle to find hats that truly fit — in both size and depth — due to limited standard hat sizing.

To reach more people globally, we are constantly exploring ways to reduce shipping costs. However, at this time, the current rates represent the minimum sustainable cost for us.

All of our inventory is located in Japan. The physical distance between Japan and each destination country significantly impacts shipping fees.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and we will continue working toward making global shipping more accessible in the future.
