Domestic Shipping (Japan): Yamato Transport
International Shipping: DHL, EMS (Express Mail Service)
We are unable to accommodate requests to specify a shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Flat rate: ¥660 (tax included)
Excludes certain regions (Okinawa).
Okinawa: ¥1,400 (tax included)
Free shipping is available for domestic orders over ¥10,000.
Shipping to the United States
Standard shipping fee: US$20 (per order)
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
Duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the product price.
No additional charges will be required at the time of delivery.
International Shipping (Other Destinations)
Flat-rate shipping fees (per order):
• Hong Kong: HK$160
• South Korea: KR₩20,000
• Singapore: SG$25
• Taiwan: NT$620
• Australia: AU$25
• Canada: CA$25
For destinations outside the United States, shipments are made under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery may take longer than usual during peak seasons, periods of high order volume, or surrounding such periods.

For shipments to the United States
All duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the product price under DDP terms.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
For shipments to other international destinations
Orders may be subject to customs inspection and may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
